Our Design Development team designs and markets functional products by using different fabric technologies and considering fashion trends of the season and thus offers garment industry quality and aesthetics in the promotional textile materials industry.

Cool System and Cuts

Visuals customized for companies and all data are transferred to CAD system, a platform allowing creation of molds in the computer environment. This allows us to produce samples as quickly as possible. When your order is confirmed, the plotter cutting department will prepare the drawings.

YOur semi-automatic cutting machines cut your design very evenly and cost-effectively and your design will be ready for sewing.

Printing and Applications

The printing solutions we use for your logos are printing, heat transfer printing, offset heat transfer printing, sublimation printing and digital printing. The state of the art machines are used for all these operations. We use ECO TEX certified dyes.

Embroidery

Hi-tech machines are used for the embroideries and to give a perfect look to your logo.

For assuring quality of appearance, we use top of the range yarns and advanced machines. (We use Tajima for Chinese Embroidery and Barudan for smaller and detailed works).

Sewing

Our experienced personnel sew with fully automatic machines and special machines and this process minimizes the mistakes to prepare the design perfectly.

Quality Control

Yarns on the product will be removed. Before shipping your orders to the address, our qualified personnel carefully perform the thorough quality check process.

Ironing, Packaging, Storage, Shipment

The products will be carefully ironed according to the product specific instructions. The products will be bagged individually as per your instructions and then they will be barcoded, if requested. The product shipment information will be written on the boxed products. In case of intercity shipments, the products ready for shipment will be delivered to your door with our company vehicles.
